Unbelievable Quality - Will Last for Years!
I work for a Phoenix TV Mounting company and just put up one of these mounts this morning. Take it from a Pro - these mounts are so good that I had to take the time to look it up and leave a review. I'll admit, I skip the instructions as I mount about 75 TVs per week - but I know they are very thorough & easy to understand. The thing this mount has on its cheaper competition is that it will last forever. The joints & pivot points are very solid - very "midwestern" built. High quality steel & bolts. Additionally - the lock bolts are all very high quality and tighten very nice & snug. It's so easy to get a perfect installation with Sanus mounts. Excellent full motion mount
Decided to splash out for a quality full motion tv mount. Had to manipulate the spacers as My Toshiba 55U9850 was a bit non standard. However end result is excellent. Cannot fault the quality despite the high price.

Great Product and Customer Service!!
Your TV will be secured to the wall, like a newborn child in their mothers arms, when using this product!
We've been using this product for a little less than a year and then, In the haste of moving we lost our hardware for our TV mount, so we called customer service and they were terrific. They replaced our hardware free of charge. I would highly recommend this product to any and everyone.

Instructions very clear, works well
The instructions were crystal clear, and the mount works well with my 82" Samsung.
Just one small nit: The plastic covers over the wall bracket both had a plastic clip break as I was removing them per the instructions, so I had to tape them on. Not a big deal for me, since you can't really see them. But it's a fragile design.

Full featured & high quality - but too stiff
I used this to mount my Sony 65" A8F. I needed a fully articulated mount. Installation was done professionally (ie not by me) and by the book. It's all rgeat, but the arm mechanism is so stiff that you need two people to pull it out and push it back. Customer Service told me there was no way to ease the tension of the arms other than trying lubricant - which I did - to no avail. I did find one partial solution, which was to slightly loosen the small allen-key grub screws underneath each join of the arms. This helped loosen the stiffness some, although it certainly doesn't "glide" out from the wall. Other than this, product working as intended.
