Secure but far too hard to move!
seems to be solid and secure. The sales guy at Best Buy said this was the best mount. I should have checked first. The TV mount is so stiff it is llike tug of war to pull the TV out or tilt it. Takes a fair amount of strength and effort. I should have read the reviews.

Doesn not move at all
Should have read the reviews. Mount is incredibly stiff. I would break the TV if I grabbed it to pivot. Terrible mount!!! Do not buy unless you never want to move the TV.

I got talked into buying this mount from the salesman at bestbuy. He said it was the best brand because they specialize in making tv mounts. Guess they don’t. My tv doesn’t even go back into the wall so it’s stuck in the extended position. Paid over 200 for this and was expecting amazing quality. Should’ve just went with the budget choice.

Believe the reviews
I usually research products before purchasingmhowever this model was on display when i purchased my TV. It was sturdy and easy to move/adjust. I purchased the mount and had it installed by a professional. I cannot adjust the position of the TV unless I reach around my 55” tv to push or pull the center piece of the bracket. I tried WD-40 and lossing the mounting screws but it did not help.

Poor Mounting Design
This are no center mounting options with this bracket. If you have standard spaced studs (i.e., 16 inches) and one of those studs is within approximately 4 inches of where this bracket's centerline needs to be, this bracket will not work for you. This is an extremely glaring design flaw and I am surprised the product made it to market with such a deficiency.

Just bought this. Mine doesn’t even move it’s so stiff and does not swivel at all. Do not get this product.

Too Stiff
I forgot to check the reviews also. The mechanism is to stiff you have to reach around the back and pull the arms by hand in order to get it to move in and out I’m sure I would break the screen if I pushed on the edges to close it

Should have read the reviews
I just finished mounting my new TV and i wish i would have read the reviews and not taken the sales man word. This should be advertised as a fixed mount because i have to put all my weight into moving this from the wall and to push it back in, you need to reaching your arm around the back push the mount itself with all your might. I would happily return this but after lagging it to the wall it not worth the trouble. Basically i have a $200 fixed mount for that should have cost me $90. The leveling is a whole other problem, which i assume is due to the fact that you have to muscle this thing around to move it, so each time you do the leveling gets all out of wack. It’s very disappointing that I’ve spent $3k one TV and bought what i thought was a premium mount and now i can’t enjoy it the way i want to.

Reconsider
Wall mount did not work from the time we hung the TV. The arms will stuck a lock position. TV will not budge from the extended position. We were promised a new mount. Not worth the price.. I will let you know the status.

Could be better
Used this to mount my 75" tv. Strong mount, and I have no worries about the weight of the TV.
The problem is the movement and adjustment of the TV is not easy. The mechanism that the mount slides on was very tight to begin with and requires some WD40 to even be able to move. Even after generous application of WD40 it is still difficult to move. Going to try some silicone lubricant to see if that helps make moving the TV easier.
