All around user friendly and great TV interface
Online install video and HeightFinder worked great for new Samsung UN78HU9000. Especially useful for layout planning to accommodate on-wall center speaker below TV. One suggestion for Sanus is to provide some procedure for reaching Level Tension Wheel, TV Balance Wheel, and Tilt Tension Knobs with larger TVs (e.g. the 78" Samsung and larger). Adjustment knobs and wheels are 24 - 30 inches in from L & R sides (out of reach for my arms with existing wall clearance). Not accessible from bottom or top (for higher on-wall configurations). Workaround can be accomplished with improvised extension to rotate the wheels, but no way figured out yet to tighten the Tilt Tension Knobs (which has not been necessary anyway, at this point). Also suggest pre-marking the wall plate centers for either side of the sliding bracket with the wall plate covers on. This makes for an accurate first try for hanging the TV (Step 3) with two people (I used some very thin white tape) and minimizes need for lateral adjustments before locking the lock lever. The TV Balance Wheel compensates the CG very effectively. In summary, this is a great mount, and I am very satisfied.
