Tv doesn’t stay level very hard to move around
Tv doesn’t stay level when you move it around. Very stiff to move it with 65” tv. Any chance there is a fix for this or better arm that can be sent to me. I bought two of these for my house. Both have the same issues.

Do NOT buy!
Mount is not full motion, as it doesn't move. Came with broken parts. Would not hold tilt or level. Tilt screw broke with minimal force. It may look good an sturdy, but looks are deceiving. For almost $400 you should be getting something laced in gold not rust!

I paid over $300 for the mount for my 65 inch tv. I was fine with the price of the mount because my TV was vey expensive. I wanted a quality product. The installation was simple for the most part but it's very difficult to move. When moving it, it does not move evenly. It took awhile to get it back flat on tge wall and I was afraid I would damage my TV. For this price point, I expected more and planned for better proformance. Unfortunately, you wouldn't realize this until you have drilled into your wall and mounted the TV. Most people will only use this as a fixed mount. I did not read these reviews. I purchased because it came highly recommended by a worker at Best Buy. Also I needed a wall mount with these dimensions. All the reviews here are accurate. The company should've taken the feedback from the customers and made the necessary corrections to their product. I'm disappointed in the company for ignoring their buyers.

DON'T BUY IT
I paid over $300 for the mount. 65 inch tv very difficult to move and when I can move it, it does not move evenly. As I pull it out or push it back it moves back to one side and I have to pull it back to the other side. I think I am going to break my 65" tv trying to move it around. The mount is complete junk for the price. Unfortunately, you do not realize this until you have drilled into your wall and mounted the tv. The company probably expects most will just live with using this as a fixed mount. I would not buy a Sanus product if I were you. I did not read these reviews and wished I had.

This mount was easy to assemble and mounting was a breeze unfortunately the functionality of it sucks. The movement to pull out or shift the TV left and right give you the impression you will accidently rip the TV out of the wall. I guess if you mount it and never touch it again its fine but i highly doubt that is ever the case.

Too stiff to move properly
I have to agree with the other reviewers. When I first took it out of the box, the mechanism moved easily. "Those other mounts must have been defective, mine is ok" I thought. Nope. As soon as you get the weight of the TV on the mount, it seizes up. If you push right in the center you can move it in and out, but it is way more difficult than it should be. Luckily I bought this on Black Friday for basically the same cost as the tilt mount, so I don't feel too bad about it and I don't need to move my TV often, but I definitely feel this is a poorly designed (or tested) product for it to be so difficult to move under load. My TV is fairly large at 65" but certainly not the largest it can support. In all I feel the mount is secure and well made, it's just not going to be good for someone who is constantly pulling the TV in and out.
