Porsche of mounts.
Excellent mount. Great design and construction. Works excellent. Ignore any review that is poor. It was made by a simple minded or ignorant person. I read one review that said they couldn't articulate the mount and that it wasn't intuitive. I am not sure what could be more intuitive. It's like moving a limb of your body. Super simple.

No operating instructions caused hours of problems
I purchased the Sanus Full Motion Model BLF228 in November 2019 from Best Buy. On the upside, the BLF228 is solidly built and installation was not much of a problem. On the downside, the design is such that there is a pretty steep learning curve in moving the unit a desired position. There are no operational hints in the installation instructions and it is not intuitive. The engineering and design is such that movement is not easy and fluid. It took several hours of experimenting and 3 phone calls to Sanus Technical Support before I was able to master it. I am an engineer and no dummy. I am mechanically inclined. The Sanus Technical Support folks are courteous but not very helpful. Three calls, 3 different reps. Each promised to get back to me shortly. Not one called back as promised. I would not recommend to a friend; possibly to in-law you didn't care for.

Great product
Awesome product. Works perfect for our 75" Samsung Q70. I think it's a little overpriced but it is a very nice product with lots of little adjustment knobs for tilt, leveling, etc.. The Sanus height finder is seriously cool and saved me a LOT of time figuring out the proper mounting height.
I installed the product completely myself. The included instructions are a definite A+. The hardest part is finding the dang studs. Even with a stud finder it's difficult to convince yourself that you *really* found the stud and are *really* drilling in the *middle* of the stud so that the lag bolts get a good grip.
Finding the studs and getting the lag bolts in is 98% of the work on this thing.

Try making a better video
Step by step instructions instead of hoping everyone knows how to set one up. A list of compatibility between TV models and screws would be nice.

Love this mount!
This mount was fairly easy to install. Bought it to mount a 65" TV. I was able to do everything by myself except actually hanging the TV, which required help due to TV's size and weight. After mounting adjustments are a great feature and also easy to do. I would definitely recommend this product!

Nice Mount
The website says it's not compatible with my Sony XBRX900F but that's what Best Buy sold me and It went together well enough. I haven't found any problems other than having to buy the proper length mounting screws. Just like the last time I used a Sanus mount. Now I'm trying to locate a soundbar bracket for it.

Great but needs Wd-40
So I bought this before I looked at the reviews. Upon looking at the reviews my heart dropped because they weren’t so great and I had already bought it. So as my husband was putting the mount on the wall I told him that reviews were reporting that this thing is darn near impossible to move once the tv gets on. And sure enough before we mounted the TV while it was on the wall I tried to move it in the way we’d be moving the tv around it and it was indeed very hard to move while without the tv! I almost smashed my fingers a few times because of how hard I was pulling and turning. I Imagined our 65 inch mounted on and I felt defeated upset that I had not looked at the reviews first. But my husband used some wd-40 and then mounted the TV. And it was great it worked and the it moves exCtly the way you want it to. So even if you’ve already minted your tv just go in the back and spray some wd-40 on all the joints and it should work much better. But you have to spray every part that controls movement even TRACK that the tv slides on. Hope this helps!

No up and down adjustment
I just bought this mount. Easy to install, but if you are installing in a niche, it’s not going to work. I spent several hours mounting my new Sony 85” only to find out that It has no up and down fine tuning. It has side to side, tilt and leveling, but nothing up or down. If you are installing on an open wall, it’s a great mount. If you are installing in a tight nich, you are wasting your time. I got it perfect the first time. After pulling it out several times to set it up, the system settled 1/2” to 3/4” and I was doomed.
