Buyer beware - maximum16" stud spacing
Strongly suggest you measure the distance between studs before purchasing. This is an incredibly (perhaps needlessly) restrictive mount design that will work only when installed in walls with 16" space between studs. If you choose this mount - be aware of this fatal limitation.

Wall mount not 24 in for studs
The wall mount is not long enough to cover 24in studs. You would have to modify it some how, and Sanus wasn't open on Sunday

Just Terrible. No Support Available.
Extremely limited height adjustment, especially since their “hang it right the first time” app guarantees that your TV will absolutely NOT be at the height you wanted. The base is barely wide enough to hit studs spaced 16” apart, so you can forget an “easy” install if your stud placement is not perfectly aligned with the center of your wall. I’ve installed a lot of mounts over the years, and this is by far the worst one I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
