Sturdy!
I bought this mount for a customer but wound up using in my own bedroom.
It's a nice, strong mount, that's attractive & easy to install.
I probably should have used the next model up, with the longer arm, to allow for more lateral movement because it will only allow about 10 degrees total movement before the TV hits the wall.
